PageAudit ("we", "our", or "us") provides an AI-powered real estate listing auditing web application. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

What We Collect

When you submit a listing URL for auditing, our server visits the page and extracts:

Listing title, address, description, price, and property details
Listing photos
Structured page text for AI validation

This data is used solely for running AI quality checks. We do not collect any personally identifiable information (PII), browsing history, or data from pages you have not explicitly submitted for auditing.

What We Do Not Collect

Your name, email address, or account information (unless voluntarily provided)
Passwords or authentication credentials
Financial or payment information (handled by Stripe)
Your browsing history or activity outside of submitted listing pages
Location data

How We Use the Data

Extracted listing page data is used exclusively to:

Run AI-powered quality checks via the Anthropic Claude API
Return audit results to you within the web app

We do not sell, rent, or share extracted page data with third parties for any purpose other than the above.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate PageAudit:

Anthropic Claude API — processes listing page text and images for AI validation. Subject to Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
Supabase — stores job results securely. Subject to Supabase's Privacy Policy.
Render — hosts our backend server. Subject to Render's Privacy Policy.
Stripe — handles payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.

Data Retention

Audit job results are stored temporarily to allow you to retrieve your results. We do not retain listing page data beyond the scope of your audit session.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of PageAudit after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
